Can I Do A Corporate Team Building Event?
We are able to host up to 21 people at one time and can accommodate a variety of times during the day or evening to ensure every group member gets a chance to play a room. Please contact us at (352) 399-6837 to schedule your special escape room booking, right here in Oxford, Florida.
What Time Do I Need To Arrive?
You will need to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking appointment. The first puzzle might be what to do if you're late and can't get in.
You have 60 minutes to solve the riddles and puzzles to escape the room. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Afterward, we'll take your picture and bring you back into reality. Plan on being with us for about 1 1/2 hours total.
Are There Physical Requirements?
Many aspects of our games do require physical interaction of some sort, as all of our rooms are immersive and themed. The Pet Shop does require at least on player to be able to climb, using handles, and get low to the ground. If no one in your group is able to climb or 'get low,' let us know and we can accommodate to your needs! There are times when visibility may be limited, so please be aware and bring corrective lenses or glasses as necessary.
You are booking a private room, all ages are welcome. However the rooms are designed for ages 13 and up. Children 6 and under are free with a paid adult. Ages 7 - 14 require at least one paid adult to be present. A waiver may be signed by a guardian for all ages. We do have special events, birthday, bachelor, and bachelorette packages for all ages.
Are Tickets Refundable Or Transferable?
Tickets are transferable, but not refundable. In the event that you must cancel your booking, we can offer you a gift voucher for the total purchase amount, or we can simply reschedule you!
Can I Book For A Time Or Date Not Listed On Your Website?
We have amazing, flexible staff, and our space is designed for up to 21 adventurers at a time. If you'd like to book on a date or time not listed, contact us. We can accommodate most requests if given advance notice.
